Åhléns Group issued in October 2025 senior secured bonds amounting to SEK 500 million (under a framework of up to SEK 1,000 million) with a maturity of three and a half years. The bonds carry interest at 3-month STIBOR plus 5% per annum. Åhléns Group intends to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list as well as on the Nasdaq Transfer Market.
